Homemade TombStone

Here is how you can make two tombstones for a $1

All you need is one black poster board, silver spray paint, and black paint

First take the board cut in half and make each half into the shape of a tombstone Then spray paint both sides of the tomb silver

Finally take black paint and write whatever you like

Black Rose & Petals

Hey ok so there is nothing more scary then black flowers and petals! So here are a few ideas for making black roses and petals for decorations!

You can buy 300 petals for $1 at dollar tree and you can buy a bouquet of white roses for $1 as well!

You can get a can of black spray paint for 96 cents at Walmart!

And this is the out come! 

After you have spray painted them you can create anything!!

 Bloody bouquet! To make the vase all you do is take a bottle and put water and food coloring

This is just one idea but there are so many others you can do!

Halloween Wreath

So Vivienne over at the V-Spot should use how to she made her Halloween Wreath!! It was super cute and I felt inspired to make one and put my own little spin on it! All you will need

A Hanger

Halloween Garland from Walmart that costs about $2

String

The black swans 

Black roses 

Step 1: Shape your hanger into a circle

Step 2: Pick your garland and rap it around your hanger

Step 3: Take 2 black roses and at wrap the bottom of them around the bottom of you wreath and make them cross

They will not stay in place by itself, that is where the string comes in! Wrap the string around the the cross roses and makes a web looking design like in the pick above!

Step 4: After that take one of your place swans, tie string around the kneck of the swan and then around the kneck of your wreath! Add a bloody bow and bang:

This whole wreath all together cost me about $2. I had all the other suppplies! Hope you like it!!

Coffins

gkHey everyone, so my last blog was on creating cheap cute black swans.  This blog is gives a new meaning to the term "These potato chips are to die for" lol.

So while searching for foods that look like body parts I stumbbled across this 

My first thought was how cute..... then it shifted to how pricey and how am I going find a coffin like this.

(But it just hit me as I am writing this blog I could probably get it is at Michael's or something) I thought this is a cool and completely different way of eating chips.  Way better then the boring bowl or platter of chips.  I recreated this look and it did not cost me one penny!

With the spray paint I got from Walmart

A sneak box

A silver sharpy and aluminum foil (not uploading a pic) I created this

I made my own coffin

I spray painted the sneaker box and after it dried I lined it with aluminum foil and I decorated the box as a tomb stone in honor to some of my favorite passed celebrites!

This picture is of the Michael Jackson there is also a Heath Ledger and a Natalie Wood is in the works. I thought this was a really cute and inexpensive way to spice up the way chips and dip are served!

Black Swans

Hey everyone so this year I am throwing my first ever Halloween Party, well October-fest.  As a child we never celebrated Halloween because it is against my religion (non-denominational Christian) and it is viewed as a pagan holiday.  So I never got to dress up or go trick or treating or anything. In fact I never went to school on Halloween until about the 5th grade.  So this year I decided I wanted to have a Halloween party.  Since I am still living with my mother while I am in school I am not allowed to call it a Halloween party but a Octoberfest.  (Whatever helps her sleep at night and lets me have my party I don't care what it is called lol) S since this is my first time I am totally 10000% clueless and have been searching like crazy for cheap and easy ways to decorate my house. I have to give a HUGE thank you to the Lovely Vivian over at The V Spot for helping me out with some really great ideas.  I have also come up with some ideas of my own and I have decided to share. Vivian I hope I do you proud with these ideas Kimora and I have come up with.

It is funny because The Dollar Tree is Kimora's FAVORITE store and it is easy to see why! There really are some great inexpensive things there!  There was a movie called the "Black Swan" and we decided to create our own!

We went to the dollar tree and was able to 12 black swans for 50 cents!

This one pack of 6 swans were 25 cents at Dollar Tree 

This made mama very happy lol

We brought to packs and went to Walmart for some spray paint

This can of spray paint was only 97 cents

First came the experiment to see if it would work. We layed down some news paper and place one swan in the center and began to spray

Looks good right? Right! So we moved on to the other 11 and here you are....

12 black swans for the price of only $1.47

To think you can make so much more because all you have to buy is the swans! 

They make cute little accents for the table or the fire place mantel
